  1. Hi Carol, thanks for posting here. I’m one of the team members who worked on the prototypes & field testing. We found that the net performs as well or better than the normal metal portable nets. During our pre-release prototype testing we sent a unit to the USAPA Ambassadors retreat. We had a variety of metal portable nets setup and our Swift Net. The wind was howling, and the metal nets were tipping over quicker than the SwiftNet. The geometry of the legs transfers the energy out wide to reduce the risk of tipping, and the net isn’t as “top heavy” as the traditional portable net systems. The weight of the boom, and the feel keep the energy low to the ground which aids in keeping the net stable in the wind. I hope you get a chance to see one in action soon!

  2. I’m impressed but concerned about how it holds up on the windy days we experience here in New England. Anyone experience problems on windy days.
